Recorded between 2014-2018, compiled in 2022.

I went digging through our cloud archives recently and decided to compile this album from songs I felt were salvageable. This gives a behind the scenes look at how we workshopped potential songs for this project.

Tracks 1-10 are the original demos we worked on for our first LP. We eventually cut it down to the first 6 tracks and released it as The Highs and Lows EP before we recruited the rest of the band.

Some of these are incredibly rough, others weren't released because we didn't feel they aligned with the rest of the songs we were working on. But it's fun to look back and hear these after so many years and I wanted to share that with our listeners. Enjoy!

Tracks 1-10, 12, 13, 14, 15 were written and recorded by Brendan Belowos and Cody Marcoux.

Track 11 was recorded at Deadpan Studios during our Fiends and Animals EP sessions. It includes the entire lineup from that album.

Tracks 16-19 were recorded on a field recorder by Brendan Belowos.
